MissionLine AI LLC provides an AI phone receptionist service to home-services businesses. This policy covers information we collect from our clients and from people who call our clients' phone lines.
From our clients: business name, owner name, mobile number, email address, trade, service area, business hours, pricing rules, and calendar access where the client enables booking.
From callers to our clients' lines: name, callback number, service address, the reason for the call, and a recording and transcript of the call. Callers are told at the start of every call that they have reached an automated assistant.
To answer calls on behalf of our clients, to pass captured leads to the client business, to book appointments where enabled, and to improve the accuracy of the service. We use it for nothing else.
Clients who provide a mobile number and opt in receive SMS notifications about calls to their business. Message frequency varies with call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use service providers to operate the product, including telephony, speech, and AI model providers, and they may process call data only to deliver the service to us. Caller information captured on a client's line is shared with that client, which is the entire purpose of the service.
Call recordings, transcripts and lead records are retained while the client's account is active and for up to 12 months after it closes, unless the client asks us to delete them sooner.
Clients may request a copy or deletion of their data, or opt out of SMS at any time, by emailing andrew@missionlineai.com or calling (830) 328-3382. Callers who want their information removed can contact us at the same address and we will remove it and tell the client business.
The service is sold to businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active clients by email.
