We provide an AI phone receptionist that answers calls to your business line when your team cannot, captures the caller's details, and delivers them to you. Depending on your plan it may also check your calendar and book the appointment. You keep your phone number. Nothing is ported.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. The one-time setup fee is charged at the start and covers building and testing your receptionist, configuring call forwarding, and your test-drive and tuning pass.
If you look at your first month's call log and do not believe the service paid for itself, tell us within 30 days of go-live and we will refund that month's fee. The setup fee is not refundable, because that work is done and delivered.
Month to month, no contract. Cancel any time by email or phone and service ends at the close of your current billing month. Turning off call forwarding on your line stops calls reaching us immediately, whenever you want.
Where you opt in, we send SMS notifications about calls to your business. Message frequency varies with call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Give us accurate information about your hours, service area, pricing rules and availability, and keep it current. The receptionist can only be as accurate as what you tell us.
The receptionist never quotes repair prices beyond a diagnostic fee you set, never diagnoses a problem, and never collects payment card details. Callers reporting a gas smell, fire, or medical emergency are directed to emergency services first. Our service is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911.
We work hard to keep the line answering, but telephone networks, AI providers and internet services can fail. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
